Intro/Be careful note:
Before you engage in the exercises:
– If you currently have an injury, only perform the stretches pain-free.
– Move slowly and mindfully through each repetition.
– If something doesn’t feel right, use less resistance, less range-of-motion, modify the angle or
discontinue the stretch. Observe how each repetition might feel a little different.
– Feel the openness that is created within and let each stretch foster your body awareness.
– Keep the flow of breath even and gentle.
